VON SMART Exercise Program

The VON SMART (Seniors Maintaining Active Roles Together) runs every Monday  Wednesday and Friday.  It is for individuals 55+ or adults with disabilities.  Stay fit and active – program includes aerobic endurance, strength training, balance training, flexibility and falls prevention education.  Mondays 9:30 to 10:30, Wed & Fri 11:00 to 12:00.

Learn/Enjoy Line Dancing

Now this sounds like a fun evening. Bring your family or friends out to the Mt. Brydges Legion, every Thursday evening, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and learn or enjoy line dancing. This is an activity that everyone will enjoy and it is something you can do anytime your go to a place with live music. Best of all, it is FREE.
