The VON SMART (Seniors Maintaining Active Roles Together) runs every Monday and Wednesday .  It is for individuals 55+ or adults with disabilities.  Stay fit and active - program includes aerobic endurance, strength training, balance training, flexibility and falls prevention education.

Bingo is now available for anyone who wants to play. And who doesn't like BINGO. The proceeds go helping the Mt. Brydges community. Pop, chips and coffee is available.
